Book your room by 4 p.m. Central Daylight Time September 12 via this page to receive the conference rate. A smaller set of rooms have been reserved for the evening of October 11 for those attending the pre-conference workshops, with of course a larger block of doubles book for October 12-15.
Conveniently located where the Central Business District (CBD) meets the French Quarter, the hotel is tucked into a relatively quiet corner of downtown but within easy walking distance of the Quarter and its innumerable restaurants and music clubs. It is also just blocks away from the streetcar and bus transportation for those of you looking to go on vacation adventures during your stay.
