Registration for the Preconference is through a different form.

Guests accompanying conference attendees to the banquet must submit a form in their own names. To help us keep our records straight, please indicate in the last note field in the form whom you are accompanying or in whose name the payment will be made.

Conference fees are:

  • Regular registration: $45 through September 10, 2013; $55 after September 10
  • Student registration: $20 through September 10, 2013; $25 after September 10
  • Single day registration: $25
  • Preconference attendee registration: $10
  • Banquet: $45

If you pay by PayPal, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you pay by check, you will receive your receipt with your registration packet at the conference.

Note: Late and walk-in registrations are welcome, but it is helpful if you let us know in advance that you are coming.
