Preconference Registration

To register for the preconference, fill out the following form. Payment information may be found below the form.

Registration for the regular conference is through a different form.

If payment will be made in a different name, please make a note of this somewhere in the form to help us keep our records straight.

Preconference fees are:

  • Early registration: $85 (valid until September 30, 2013);
  • Student registration: $40 (valid until September 30, 2013);
  • Regular registration: $100 (onsite or online after September 30, 2013).

If you pay by PayPal, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you pay by check, you will receive your receipt with your registration packet at the preconference.

Don't forget: workshop attendees who also plan to attend the SEMLA Annual Meeting must fill out the annual meeting registration form and provide separate payment for each event.

Note: Late and walk-in registrations are welcome, but it is helpful if you let us know in advance that you are coming.
