The Cook Hotel
When staying at the Cook Hotel Conference attendees will be treated each morning to a complimentary Southern style breakfast buffet. The hotel provides many other complimentary services including WiFi, parking, business center, fitness room, outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Guests are encouraged to visit the Cook Hotel website for details.
Guests need to call The Cook Hotel at 866-610-COOK (2665) and mention “Southeast Music Library Association” when registering for the conference. To book online, access the hotel's website on your computer or tablet (access isn't available through your phone). Enter the dates you'll be staying at the hotel, then click "check availability." In the Group Code block under Special Codes enter the code “100214SOUTH” and check availability again. Choose a room and complete your registration. If you have questions, call 866-610-2665.
You must make your hotel reservations by September 10 to be guaranteed the Conference rates for your room.

- Standard King
(King-sized bed, mini frig and microwave - $109 for 2 adults) - Standard Double (2 double beds, mini frig and microwave - $109 for 2 adults)
- Double Suite (2 double beds with a queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper plus a kitchen - $129 for 2 adults)
$10 is added per additional person per night.
All rooms include our complimentary full Southern breakfast buffet 6-9:30am daily. We also have complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, business center, fitness center, outdoor pool/Jacuzzi and more.
There is a 4 mile jogging path across the street on the LSU lakes.
