SEMLA Membership Categories:
Personal: $10
Students: $5
Institutional: $15
Membership details:
The SEMLA fiscal year is July
1-June 30. Dues for the current year are payable at, or
before, the annual business meeting (usually held
mid-October; an announcement of the meeting date appears in
each August Newsletter). "Student" means any full- or
part-time graduate student in an accredited library or
information science program, or graduate music program. All
categories of membership include a subscription to the SEMLA
newsletter, Breve Notes, published in August, January,
and April. Personal members (Regular and Student categories)
may vote in elections and are eligible to run for office in
the organization. No pro-rating of fees is available to
members joining late in the fiscal year. |
